Either way. Most customers do a quick walkthrough first to flag valuables, then leave us to it. Some want to be there the whole time. Whatever works.

What if there's something valuable in there?

Walk through with us first or send photos. Anything you flag stays. If we find something that looks valuable (jewelry, documents, sentimental items), we set it aside and check before disposing.

How much does it cost?

Depends on unit size and how full it is. A small 5x10 packed unit runs around $300-500. A 10x20 full of furniture can run $600-1,200. We give you the price upfront after a walkthrough or photos.

Can you donate things instead of throwing them out?

Yes — clothing, furniture, household goods, and reusable items get routed to local charities. We do this at no extra charge.

Will you coordinate with the storage facility?

Yes. We handle access, the schedule, and the move-out paperwork if the facility wants it. Tell us the facility name and we'll do the rest.
