We walk through with you first and label or move-aside everything you want kept. You can also tag items room by room before we start. If you can't be there, we work from a written list and photograph anything we're unsure about before removal.

What if we want to donate things instead of throwing them out?

We route donations to local charities — clothing, furniture, books, household goods, kitchen items. We do this at no extra charge. You get the satisfaction of knowing reusable items found another home, and the charities get goods they can pass to someone who needs them.

How long does an estate cleanout take?

Most full homes are 1-2 days on-site. Larger or heavily-accumulated properties can take 3-4 days. Hoarder-level estates take longer. We give you a realistic timeline with the quote.
