Most junk removal jobs are priced by volume. Demolition and cleanouts are quoted flat-rate after we see photos or do a walkthrough.
We don't charge by the hour. Hourly rates incentivize the wrong stuff — slow work, padded clocks, surprise overages. We charge based on how much space your stuff takes in our truck (for hauling) or a flat rate (for demo, hot tubs, hoarder cleanouts). The price gets confirmed before we touch anything. No fuel surcharges, no dump fees tacked on at the end.
What most jobs run.
Single Item Pickup
One bulky item — couch, mattress, fridge, dresser, exercise machine. We bring the truck and the muscle.
Quarter-Truck Load
A handful of items — small bedroom set, bagged trash, a few pieces of furniture, garage corner cleanup.
Half-Truck Load
Larger jobs — full living room, half a basement, garage cleanup with appliances and miscellaneous junk.
Three-Quarter Load
Most of a truckload — typical garage cleanout, basement clearing, or post-renovation debris haul.
Full Truckload
Maxed out truck — whole-floor cleanouts, large basement clear, full-yard debris, multi-room loads.
Specialty / Demo
Hot tubs, sheds, decks, multi-day cleanouts, hoarder situations, estate jobs. Quoted flat-rate after photos or a walkthrough.
Final price always confirmed before we start. Heavy or hard-access jobs may run higher; we'll tell you upfront.
